225 salt waterseries lost fire to the plugs

I cleaned my high pressure fuel filter and replaced the others because she started missing badly over 4000rpm's. Started her her up and it ran great for 15 minutes then it just cut off. It will still turn over but I have no fire to the plugs. Went through the whole motor thinking I knock something lose. nothing lose. unplugged the kill switch, still will turn over but still no fire. I unplugged the main plug and tried to jump it from the battery to the starter, still will turn over but no fire to the plugs. Please help Kerry

If this a HPDI model then may need to have put on computer diagnostic. If it's a carb model then need to test ignition system.
