2001 115 2 stoke poor MPG

I have a 2001 Cobia 194cc w/Yamaha 115 2 stroke and t-top. Total weight of boat with fuel, equipment, people and motor is approx. 3700 lbs. can anyone give me a rough estimate on what my fuel consumption should be? As it stands right now running at 5000 RPMS I am getting roughly 2 MPG or can someone tell me the cruising speed?

we have a 19 seapro and we get about the same as you, AND WHATS SAD IS WE HAVE A 225 ON A 23 SEAFOX AND WE GET TWICE THAT.
