one troubled motor

I am running two 1988 130 yamaha motors. Port motor runs fine, starboard starts good, runs good than looses power and stalls. Re starts with a little extra throttle runs good for a while looses power than stalls again. This may occur after runnung 10 minutes or only a minute or two. All new fuel lines to filter. Both motors running off same water seperator. Fuel does not seem to be problem other motor runs fine. Any ideas ???????

Each motor should have it's own fuel delivery hose from gas tank and it's own fuel/water filter.

Have run these motors off the same seperator for at least six years never a problem before.
