Lower Unit Noise

While doing my regular maintenance I noticed gear noise from one of my 150HP HPDI lower units. It doesn't sound horrible but I do hear gear noise when in neutral and the prop is turned in either direction. My other motor doesn't make a sound when the prop is turned. Could it be just the shift linkage adjustment?
