I was finding water in my oil and have pulled the power head and have replaced the gasket between the power head and the upper casing, but I'm still finding water in the oil. The engine runs great, so I don't believe it's the head gasket. I've been told there's problems with the oil pump seals and possibly the lower end seals as well. Can anyone help me with troubleshooting this?

The oil pump will usually leak oil if seal is bad, runs down drive shaft and notice oil on gearcase or oil slick in water at idle.

This is exactly my problem!
I assume that the oil seals referenced are the O rings shown as part 4 and 18 on the pictorial diagram (I have a 1992 200txrq). Are these the seals that you referenced and how hard is it to remove the pump and replace these seals? Is there anything else that I should replace while it's disassembled? What about the check valve?
