Hello, New Member with a Problem

Hey guys, new member Torque here from Florida. I have a 1996, 150 saltwater series. Starts easy from dead cold, runs great, idles after running, but if I shut it off and wait awhile, it starts up but looses rpms and dies. I run fuel addative for E-10 and ring free. I do have a good local dealer shop but would like to avoid the big $$$$$$, if I can avoid it. Any comments or recommendations. I already changed the plugs and ran a "shock" treatment of the e-10 addative through. Any help is appreciated.

Have you tried to pump primer bulb to see if can keep running? have you replaced fuel filters and checked for water?

Will try pumping the bulb. I have checked the fuel water seperator and only found minimal H2o. Thanks for the input
