Yamaha 115 wont turn off

I replaced the whole ing. switch a couple of months ago bought it here. anyway I was out all day Saturday every thing was fine came home and ran the motor on the hose and when I shut the key off the motor kept running so I pulled the kill switch and the motor kept running so I choked it to shut it off. checked all the connections every thing looked fine. now what??

Probably have a broken wire inside main harness that goes between engine and key switch, may need to replace main harness.
