Anyone know how to adjust ignition timing on a 2004 F225? Best I can tell you cant, and there is no adjustment procedure (that I can find) in the shop manual.

No timing is not adjustable on that engine or any fuel injected engine, it's controled by the ECM.

Interesting that the shop manual states in several places to check ignition timing and in the section on how to do that the manual states:
"Check that the “1TDC” mark a on the flywheel magnet is aligned with the magnet base pointer b."
but provides no guidance on what to do if timing is off. I am asking this question because I checked timing on both my engines and it is off by about 2 degrees on one of them. Both ECU's are brand new. I suppose I could always adjust the pointerChris
