What fluid to use in an F50 tilt?

We pulled the tilt motor off our F50 to repair it and lost a load of fluid.

Can we top up the lost fluid or should it all be drained and replaced?

Also what fluid should be used?

Yamaha Power Trim fluid or ATF DextronII oil.
