Water Pressure Gauge

My water pressure gauge is sticking when motor is off at about 10psi mark when motor is NOT running. It works fine and seems to be reading and I am getting a great stream out of the motor also. Is there a way to relieve the pressure or adjust it, or does it need replacing???

The water pressure tubing may be plugged up, need to remove tubing and blow out with air.
