Yamaha oil tank kits

Yamaha Oil tank kiits- why does the kit come with a primer bulb when everyone states do not install the primer bulb on the oil line feeding the engine?

If a primer bulb is used inline from remote tank to engine will it do harm?

My set up is twin Z250 hpdi (2005)

The primer bulb is for the fuel hose not oil hose, no you don't use a primer bulb in oil system.
