f150 mid section problem.

hello i own a 2004 yamaha f150 and the exhauts jacket in the mid section blew thru to the outside.
not the water jacket due to corrosion, the exhaust sleeve corroding inside out.
have you guys seen that before?
i took the power head off and disassembled the midsection, everything is corroded blown inside except the outside part.
total cost for parts only is around $ 1200,
do you guys have a used one for sale? fresh water use will be great.
