Strainer clamps

What tool is used for the special clips holding in the strainer on top of the VST? I am contemplating tackling the VST filter replacement and was wondering about those clamps.

They use otiker hose clamps which you install new clamp with end cut style wire cutters, on some models it has quick release type fitting on one end of filter. You just push in on small nipple(with a screwdriver) on hose to release and disconnect hose.

I own a Z200TR and i believe they are the same 1/2" clamps
Tool --> Murray Corp A2000
Clamps --> Vanguard 1/2" Pex Pinch Clamps will work
