HELP 2001 yamaha 25 HP lower unite removal

i need some help i have removed dozens of lower units this one a can not figure out any photos and ideas . i put motor in reverse and took off the 4 bolts now it seems to be a lincage problem that i cannot find the place to look any help would be great even pictures thanks anthony

You have to unscrew the union nut on shift shaft, just above lower motor mounts on front of mid housing to separate shift shaft.
