motor mount bolts F75

F75 current year.

What size motor mount holes should I drill in the transom, to line up the motor mount holes on the bracket?

Do these bolts need a "sleeve" inserted in the drilled holes and if so, then what would the bolt diameter be?

Should a plate of aluminum or other material be used like a "fender" washer on the inside of the transom, where the nuts would be....to "spread" the torque of the nuts?

Transom is glass over ply 2.25" thick.

The mounting bolts are 12mm, drill a 1/2 hole in transom. The transom plates are good to use when mounting motor.

No it doesn't come with any.
