Side mount control mounting

Can the 703 Premium side mount control box be reversed, or otherwise be made to mount on a "port" side, rather than a "starboard" side?

Yes just remove handle and move to other side of control box.

What becomes of the trim/tilt wiring that is in the handle... on the rocker switch?
Can that be threaded around somehow to end up on the correct side?

No the trim switch can not be reversed to other side of handle.
