01 Yamaha 150 Cylinders Not Firing

I have a 2001 Yamaha 150 V6 and only the middle cylinder on both banks has any spark. The oil level is fine and the thermostats were recently replaced. What could be stopping the other cylinders from firing?

Check the pulsar and charge coils like the manuals say with a DVA adapter for proper voltage out put, while you are at it check the CDI outputs also
